We want to share some important updates with you.
Few months ago, we introduced premium features on our website with a small monthly subscription. These premium features were designed to improve your experience while allowing us to continue improving our platform for both readers and authors.
Unfortunately, we've lost access to our payment processing account. While this situation was beyond our control, this has forced us to pause all premium features for the time being. We understand this disruption may significantly impact how you use Verbals, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Rest assured, we're actively working on finding alternative payment solutions to restore our premium features as quickly as possible.

When will premium features be available again?
We don’t have an exact date yet, but we’re actively working on restoring them as soon as possible. Updates will be shared on our blog and through email.
Can I still purchase a premium plan?
At the moment, new premium subscriptions are on hold. We will reopen purchases once the premium features are available again.
